Thanks to our generous donors, we were able to donate $10,000 in our first-ever grant cycle in December 2025
We granted $1,000 each to six Maplewood organizations, and $500 to eight Maplewood individuals or families in need.
The organizational projects funded through this grant cycle are:
-
Family cooking class with Mosaic Services at Maplewood-Richmond Heights ECC
-
Food insecurity relief from MapleGOOD
-
Increasing adult literacy with the Maplewood Public Library
-
Pride and Joy community event for LGBTQ+ youth and their families with Complete Harmony
-
Arts-based community building for individuals with disabilities with Artists First
-
Free monthly community dinners with the Community Unity Center
8 individuals have received support for things like home repair after water damage, utility and rental relief, stabilization of SNAP benefits, removal of a tree damaging multiple properties, and a resident-led project to remove snow from Maplewood sidewalks.
Thank you to everyone who applied. We regret that we were not able to fund all the worthy applicants that came our way. In total, over $30,000 worth of requests were made of the Fund. We look forward to continuing our fundraising efforts to support more worthy causes in 2026.
